Everest Trek with Gokyo Lakes - Qualification

You don’t need any previous knowledge about trekking to qualify for this trek but it’s important that you work out before you are going to Nepal. A great practise is to take your backpack and go out in the nature and do long treks. Try to do them in steep hills to strengthen muscles you will use during the trek. You should count on days with 4-6h trek during most days with some days up to 6-8h. We recommend that you use trekking poles during our trek so please don’t hesitate to use them when you practise at home as well.
