Day 1 Departure Stockholm.

Day 2 Arrival Kathmandu.

Day 3 Half day sightseeing tour to Hindu temple and a Buddhist monastery.

Day 4 Car to Gorkha (1150m), takes 5-6 h.

Day 5 Trek to Khanchowk (1000m).

Day 6 Trek to Aarughat (530m).

Day 7 Trek to Soti Khola.

Day 8 Trek to Machha Khola.

Day 9 Trek to Nero.

Day 10 Trek to Filim (1590m).

Day 11 Trek to Umbale.

Day 12 Trek to Namru (2630m).

Day 13 Trek to Sama Gompa (3500m).

Day 14 Rest day in Sama Gompa. To Manaslu Base camp.

Day 15 Trek to Pungen glacier.

Day 16 Trek to Larkya La Base camp.

Day 17 Trek crossing Larkya La pass (5135m).

Day 18 Trek to Tilje.

Day 19 Trek to Tal.

Day 20 Trek to Bahundanda.

Day 21 Trek to Besi-Sahar.

Day 22 Car from Besi-Sahar to Kathmandu, takes 7-8h.

Day 23 In Kathmandu.

Day 24 Departure home.
