Walk to Mount Everest Base Camp

This adventure tour to Nepal starts with trekking through Khumbu valley along Dudh Kosi (Milk river) the river got its name from its colour as it runs from Khumbu glacier. Khumbu valley, located in north east Nepal, is the home of the fantastic Sherpa people. During our adventure trek in the footsteps of Sir Edmund Hillary we will pass through Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa people own little capital. When we arrive at Tyangboche, we will enter the Buddhist monastery and watch the monk’s rituals.

You will see several of the highest mountains in the world along our trek to Mount Everest Base camp. At Base camp, on 5380 meter altitude, you will have the opportunity to talk to the climbers trying to summit Everest. After our visit at Everest base camp we will summit Kala Pathar at 5545 meter altitude. At the summit you will have wonderful views over Mount Everest, Pumori, Lhotse and Nuptse.
